This DVD contains a selection of workouts that will strengthen your cardiovascular system, build muscle, loosen up your joints and improve your mood, all in 15 minutes or less. 

Exercises are led by AFAA certified group fitness instructor Cindy Brehse. Cindy is a Golden Hearts Active at any Age Senior Fitness Specialist and Silver Sneakers certified. All workouts are created for the 55+ age group.
