
I love Zumba along with its music, and I know many of our subscribers do, too!
But understandably, some find it quite a challenge to keep up with the pace and learn the different moves.
That’s why we wanted to bring you this easy Zumba video, which is less complex and easier to work on.
Give yourself time to master it–maybe just start off with the warm up portion, which would be the first two numbers, and then add a little each more day.
Toward the end is one faster number to give a try when you’re ready for it.

Also, you might want to grab your light weights and do some toning, located in the middle to the great Conga song!
Remember, more and more studies are showing that for us seniors, too much of high intensity workouts can lead to injury. So let’s have fun and have a dance party. You can even make up your own moves!
