Zumba cardio workout

Why not dance your way to fit?

You don’t need special dance skills, because I’ve designed this 25 minute senior-friendly Zumba workout with plenty of repetitions to help you relax and feel comfortable with the moves… and who’s watching anyways?

You could make up your own moves and still get a good workout as long as you’re moving!

Step into happy and enjoy the music while you improve your cardiovascular health, gain more flexibility and improve your mood with the upbeat music.

And remember, adding variety to your workout routines makes it easier to get up and get going to maintain and maybe even improve your health.

This 25-minute Zumba routine is basic enough that it might be a great choice to start your day or maybe in the afternoon to give you an easy energy boost.

If you’re new to Zumba, start off with just 10 minutes and as your stamina and confidence increase, gradually add more time.

It’s so great that there are more options than ever to stay physically fit.

Find the ones that you enjoy and work up to 30 minutes a day of some form of aerobic activity as recommended by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as well as the American Heart Association.

Make it a priority to take care of you!
