When many folks hear the word workout, they immediately think hard, sweating, pain, or exhausting.

It doesn’t always have to be that way!

Some of you are wanting so badly to get moving, but find many workouts are too over the top. Or, one of the items at the start of this post applies to you, making movement challenging!

I want you to know working out doesn’t have to be a grind.

And you don’t have to halfway kill yourself every time to get a good workout.

There is nothing wrong with working up a sweat and a little discomfort, but mixing that up with some less intense workouts like this one is also a good idea to avoid overuse injuries and dreadful anticipation about working out.
