After a few minutes, I felt guilty just watching, so I hiked up my robe and joined her! I can’t begin to tell you how it changed my mood- I felt so energized and ready to tackle anything that came up, and that great mood stayed with me throughout the whole day! I’m thrilled to see it as a youtube video– you just *have* to try it, especially first thing in the morning to give you that elevated, I-can-do-anything feeling~~ thanks so much, Cindy!
