relieve SI joint pain

Several of you have asked how to relieve pain from an irritated SI joint (sacroiliac joint).

If you’re experiencing pain that seems to be coming from the area where your legs meet your hips/bottom, the SI joint is a likely culprit!

The sacroiliac joint is where your spine connects to your pelvis, and when it’s inflamed the pain can be felt in your buttock, low back and sometimes radiating down your leg.

You can feel it most when you’re doing weight bearing movements like walking or climbing stairs.

Tripping or falling, too much walking or running, arthritis and even just sitting for too long can cause SI pain to rear its ugly head!

This video will give you 4 exercises to try to help ease the pain.

Try them all and pick the ones that feel the best.

Take time to do them throughout your day–say morning, afternoon, and evening.

I would love to know which ones helped so get back to me and let me know. Hope you feel better soon and…
