This was the livestreamed program from Friday (March 27th), and although it was early on the West Coast, and I was in my robe drinking coffee and feeling depressed over nwews about the virus, I decided to turn it on, since it’s exciting to think of seeing Cindy live. After a few minutes, I felt guilty just watching, so I hiked up my robe and joined her! I can’t begin to tell you how it changed my mood- I felt so energized and ready to tackle anything that came up, and that great mood stayed with me throughout the whole day! I’m thrilled to see it as a youtube video– you just *have* to try it, especially first thing in the morning to give you that elevated, I-can-do-anything feeling~~ thanks so much, Cindy!
Heather, you are an inspiration! Thank you for sharing your story, made me smile to think of you hiking up your robe and jumping in. It’s amazing how getting moving can change our mood. It’s what keeps me going most days!
