exercises for hand pain

Let’s get rid of those sore hands with these hand pain exercises!

When you think of how much we use our hands, it’s no wonder they can become sore from overuse, arthritis, neuropathy, or even previous injury.

If you’re dealing with hand pain, you might be experiencing one or more of the following hand pain symptoms:

  • Stiffness
  • Acheng
  • Tingling
  • Numbness
  • Weakness
  • Swelling

All of these can make your everyday routine a challenge and twice the effort.

How Hand Pain Exercises Work

In this video, we’ll relieve some of this discomfort by increasing circulation to the joints and affected areas.

This will increase the flow of synovial fluid to the joints to lubricate and protect them from further damage and bring healing nutrients and oxygen in while taking away toxins that can cause inflammation.

I love using my therapy hand putty as part of these exercises, but if you don’t have putty a towel will work just fine. I use the ‘soft’ version of the hand putty.

Just make sure to do a few of these exercises every other day and pick the ones that work best for you. Once you get the hang of them, doing them will be second nature.

You can do them in front of the TV while watching your favorite show, or while waiting for your spouse to finish getting ready (ha ha!)
