It’s gentle, slow paced and just 13 minutes long.

Not comfortable getting down on the mat to workout? No problem!

This video engages your core muscles while you’re sitting in a chair.

Here’s an idea: do a few of these tonight while you’re in the middle of your latest binge-watch. 

3. Blast Abdominal Fat

This workout focuses on lengthening the muscles of the midsection not just in the front, but all around our core.

This acts like a girdle “sucking us in” in the middle–perfect for feeling more confident in your clothes!
