Having strong muscles and bones is key to remaining independent the rest of our lives…and IT STARTS NOW! NOT LATER.

If we don’t use our muscles and bones, they have no reason to remain strong and begin to waste away. 

But if they are used to being called upon with resistance training using weights or resistance bands, they will pretty much step up to do the job they are called to.        

And the good news is, it only takes a few minutes two to three times a week to keep them conditioned to do the tasks needed for everyday living, like getting up and down from a chair, in and out of the car, mowing the yard, carrying laundry and groceries and so much more that we take for granted.
