Hello my fitness friends!

While I’m spending some time with family in New York, my fellow fitness instructor Anissa kindly agreed to step in and create a new video for us.

(You might remember Anissa from the cardio workout and cardio + weights routine she did for us while I was recovering from my hip replacement!)

This is a 25-minute chair aerobics workout with some weights and stability work thrown in.

I just did it myself this morning. It’s a great combination for all of us to keep our bones, muscles, and balance strong!

I also think it’s beneficial to follow different instructors.

Every instructor has their own set of knowledge and way of teaching, and I guarantee you’ll learn a new piece of information or a different move you’ve never tried.

Plus, the brain loves novelty.

Working out with a new teacher can boosts brain health!

Doing just the first 10 minutes of this video would be a great option for a day when you’re low on energy or don’t have much time.
